RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. However, if you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, please return the unworn, unused product with the original tags still attached within 7 days of receiving it. We reserve the right to not accept the item back if we feel that the item has been used or if the item has been damaged eg make-up or stains etc.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
We do not accept sale items back for exchange, credit note or refund. Once you have purchased a SALE Item it is final and cannot be returned.
During a Flash Sale promotion (eg 20% OFF) or if using a discount code, we will accept an item back for exchange or credit only.
Please Note: If you require a refund, we only refund the cost of the product being returned. We do not refund initial postage, nor do we cover the cost of postage for products being returned.
If you are wanting to exchange an item that you have purchased, please send an email with your request to: info@tcogoulburn.com.au A pre-paid post bag must be sent back with your return already filled out with your address so we can re-send the exchange.
If a post bag is not included, we will contact you prior to sending your exchange for postage payment.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All items sent out are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at info@tcogoulburn.com.au and we will organise a replacement for you. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault. You will only be refunded in full if the item cannot be repaired or replaced or if the fault is major.
